I employed Elle Fletcher of the above company [Admin Answers] to put my client details, which I only had in a card index, onto a database.

I was in no particular hurry for the database but it was done within a matter of days. Since completion of the database I regularly email copy of letters to Admin Answers who then sends them to everyone on the database.

This service has proved invaluable to me as I was finding it difficult to find time to complete the admin side of the business and wanted to concentrate on the actual nature of the company. Not to mention the fact that I do not have the IT knowledge to construct a database myself.

Admin Answers provided me with stock sheets in Excel that were formatted enabling me to update them as and when new stock arrives, or old stock is purchased.
